Job Description
My job is never the same; it is a different task everyday. My daily routine starts with a brief conversation with our staff on the jobs that need to be accomplished that day and then the real fun begins. Throughout the day, I have staff members asking me questions on how we should complete each job as they encounter challenges and issues they have never seen before, or maybe the customer wants things completed in certain way. There are usually a few water tests where I need to test new product out or verify the work that has been completed. There are also conversations with potential customers on how we will go about fixing their issue. There is never a slow moment in my day which makes my days fly by. Plus, I get to see some of the latest and greatest developments before anyone else.

Career Story
My first job was when I was in seventh grade as a farm hand. I worked on farms for many years, baling hay, cleaning barns, planting, fixes tractors. Then in high school I started working at Premier Pontoons where we manufactured pontoons; I worked there throughout high school and University . I worked there almost 10 years. My first job was working on the assembly line building helms, then I moved onto the custom boat sector, and from there, in to dealer services, R&D, testing, and marketing. That job led me to where I am today and have been for the last 15 years. My current job is as a General Manager of Pirate Cove Marina and President of RBK Distribution.
