Career Story

I began my career graduating with a BASC in Systems Design Engineering. I then received certification as a professional engineer in Ontario, studied for an MBA part time while working full time, eventually graduating after 6 years of study.

Following that, I worked for 3 aerospace and defence companies. I began as an engineer and then moved into project and contracts management where I transitioned into sales and marketing roles. That is where I held quality assurance and manufacturing operations roles.

My next venture was into the area of business leadership, leading me to rise to a general manager position of a new business startup.

Lastly, I moved to a larger aerospace and defence company as a Business Unit Manager responsible for contracts and project management. From there I rose to General Manager and Vice President.
