Career Story
My undergrad degree is in music - I took a detour from school and worked full time in accounting for a while, then finished my music degree and got my first job at a web development company. I have always built web and technical skills and that was my pathway into learning and development. Since then I've worked in learning and development, as a course developer for clients, in client training, and now in human resources for a large financial services company.
