Today, I am a labour relations consultant to Aecon Industrial, after a 54 year career with the Aecon Group of Companies. My main focus is on labour relations, working in the unionized construction industry, dealing with 14 skilled trade unions. I also have my own labour relations consulting business, Larrosa Holdings Ltd.

Career Story
From high school, I went to Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in Toronto, and graduated as a mechanical technologist with a CET designation. I started my working career with Adam Clark Co. in Hamilton, moving to Cambridge in 1977, as a minor owner of Nicholls-Radtke Ltd. NRL became part of the Aecon family in 2000. I have held positions from project manager, to VP of Automotive, ending as VP of Strategic Initiatives, with a focus on labour relations.
