Lina Shamoun of Artline Studio shares her personal story from how her participation as a hair stylist in OYAP and skills competitions led her to be an apprentice in the field and eventually own her own spa. She also speaks to the benefits to businesses of training potential future staff by having OYAP students and apprentices.
