Studies with youth in Ontario show that the more exposure they have to career options, the more likely they are to be satisfied with their career choices.

Unfortunately, 70% of Ontario students report not receiving up-to-date information about career pathways and job opportunities from their school, leading them to feel anxious, discouraged, and dissatisfied in their transition to the workforce.

Our Mission

The BEP Waterloo Region makes every day Career Day for youth in grades 7 to 12. We are a charity that helps youth explore their career options, set goals and determine how to reach them.

We do this by creating opportunities between local students and members of the local workforce.

By bringing Waterloo Region together to invest in our future, we strengthen our local economy and community.
