Career Story
After high school, I went immediately to university and studied business. Following university, I worked for a few months as a life insurance salesman. After having little success in that career, and not being challenged in my next career as an assistant manager at a pharmacy, I decided to write the LSAT and apply to law school. I went to law school thinking about a career in environmental law, and that was my area of focus during law school, but I became hooked on criminal law after taking Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. I worked for almost three years as a prosecutor in central Florida before moving to Canada to practice criminal defence, which I have been doing ever since.
