Career Story
I was always a straight A student and so assumed University was my only choice. First I attended WLU for a double major in English Literature and Political Science, but after my second year I was forced to drop out due to issues with depression. After struggling for two years and seeking help through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I went back to school at Conestoga College for Advertising and Marketing Communications and fell in love with the creative industries. I was hired at a local marketing agency out of my internship, worked my way to Director of Marketing, and now own my own digital marketing company.
