Job Description
I help people learn coping strategies for when they may not feel at their best emotionally.
Some of these people could be struggling with mental health issues, such as anxiety or depression. For example, some people get really nervous when talking to other people. So, I can teach people some skills that can help them feel better when talking to others.
Also, some people may feel overly sad a lot of the time. Same thing, I can teach people some coping strategies for this kind of stuff.
Overall, I provide a safe space for people to talk to me about anything they want to talk about that may be upsetting them.
My specialty is working with people with addiction issues, as well as with their family members.
