My job as a purchaser and a warehouse supervisor consist of purchasing material and equipment based on the historical use of them. I also negotiate with the suppliers to find the best price and quality. Communication and building relationship with suppliers goes a long way. as a supervisor I make sure the managers hire suitable people and train them properly. I make sure people stick to plans and work efficiently. I also encourage people to work hard and do not make assumption at the work place.

Career Story

I wanted to become a software engineer but I got accepted at a better university in my home country and started to study civil engineering. it took me 7 years to finish my study . when I got married I decided I wanted move to Canada so I started to study more and got a master's degree to increase my chance to to be accepted in a Canadian university. I got accepted in Western university and finished my second master's degree. then I started using my knowledge and experience to improve my company and started my own business in construction inductry.
