Job Description

I help clients with achieving their housing financial goals by providing the right mortgage and financial advice. 1) Get to know my clients by having a meeting with them in person or over ZOOM 2) I gather all their required financial information and ask questions to get to know the clients 3) I process the mortgage approval (there are many steps involved in this process) 4) I send the mortgage application to the bank 5) Bank issue the mortgage approval 6) I meet with the clients to sign in person or E-signature 7) The bank provide the funds to the lawyer once all requirements are met by the mortgage agent. 8) Deal is funded, clients get the keys to their new home on the day of closing.

Career Story

Completed high school in KW, moved on to University, completed my MBA, Master in Business, held several full time jobs at the 5 major banks, took my project management training part time, worked full time as a project manager in finance at several big insurance companies in KW, while working full time; I became an investor owning properties; providing rental housing, went back part time to school obtained my mortgage broker license and doing something I love - where I can share my knowledge and experiences to help others grow wealth in rental properties and providing the right mortgage advise to reach their financial goals.
