ZOOM into the Workplace
ZOOM into the Workplace connects grade 11-12 students to employment supports and entry-level work opportunities available after high school, through interactive workshops delivered by local employers and community organizations.
Targeted towards youth expecting to go straight to work after high school, this career development initiative has run in Waterloo Region for over 15 years, in partnership with Waterloo Region DSB, Waterloo Catholic DSB, Conestoga College, Lutherwood, and Cambridge Career Connections.

Participating in this event will help me in the future because it gave me a broader perception of all the career opportunities in the technology industry, and the local opportunities for students my age.
